The situation related to COVID-19 continues to change quickly and Solar Alliance is committed to providing relevant information on our company’s response to the crisis. As we all try to understand how the impact of COVID-19 that will affect us, I wanted to reach out to our customers and to the communities we serve.

First and foremost, we want to thank the health care professionals and first responders who are working so hard to keep us all safe. And our thoughts and prayers are with anyone who has been impacted by this virus.

Here at Solar Alliance, we are still working to provide our customers with solar energy systems, battery-based and generator backup systems and energy management solutions. While carrying out this work, the safety of our employees, customers and our community is paramount. We are taking appropriate measures to ensure our staff are safe, which includes working from home where appropriate and communicating daily with our customers. We have also restricted all air travel and limited travel outside of Tennessee. We are monitoring information from health authorities on a daily basis and will take further action as required.

Given the importance of electricity supply, we are committed to providing the same exceptional service and will not, under any circumstances, raise our prices. We believe energy security is your right and companies shouldn’t be taking advantage of the current situation.

In conclusion, I would like to highlight the following:

  • We are going to remain open for business to make sure our customers receive the services and products that serve their energy needs.
  • We still have access to supply chain materials and products necessary to provide customers with the quality product they expect from us.
  • We will continue to monitor information from health authorities and take additional action as required to protect staff, customers and our community.
  • We will not raise our prices to take advantage of COVID-19.

In light of the challenging circumstances in front of us, we need to pull together. We are taking care of our employees and their families as best we can. We also want to ensure we respect your concerns during these times since we are often in your homes. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thanks again to all of the health care professionals, first responders and everyone who are working to keep us all safe.
