At Solar Alliance, our commercial solar services include more than just designing your PV panel array.  We help you look at the big picture, from how much energy you can save with conservation measures to how you can upgrade infrastructure for tomorrow.

Cherokee Distributing is planning for the future by diversifying power sources for its Ooltewah distribution center. The new 43-kilowatt photovoltaic (PV) service will offset more than a quarter of daily operating loads.  Solar panel sizing for a project like this involves knowing current energy usage and planning to use all of the solar energy produced, to be as economical as possible.

This installation was also designed to support Cherokee’s eventual transition to electric vehicles with infrastructure to support electric car charger installation. The company was founded in 1958 and is a leader in beverage distribution in Tennessee.  Project completed in 2022.
